cancellation policy

Tours cancelled within 48 hours of the Tour start date non refundable.

what transportation does Galavant use?

2023 Honda Odyssey 4 people comfortably (5 max) – 2 seats in the middle, 2 seats in the rear 1 upfront with the driver.

does the transportation have air conditioning and mobile device charging outlets.

The Vehicle is fully equipped with air conditioning and an audio system so your Tour Guide can be heard throughout the vehicle. Charging outlets are located throughout vehicle.

are we Passenger Transportation Certified / Tour Operator Licensed and Insured

General Authorization License Passenger Transportion, Class 4 unrestricted license ICBC, & Fully insured.

wheelchair passengers

Tours can be adjusted to accommodate clients own folding wheelchairs and other mobility devices. All equipment must be able to collapse ( folding ) and be lifted into the vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with grip bars but, passengers must be able to get in and out of the vehicle with minimal assistance.

what about weather?

Wear Comfortable shoes as some of areas off the beaten path maybe a bit of rocky terrain. Dress in layers as it can be cooler bye the sea and warmer interior inland. Check weather forecast before tour.

Butchart Gardens provides umbrellas at the gardens

We tour in sun or rain it’s the beautiful west coast.

Tickets price is not included in tour pricing you can purchase tickets online through the Butchart Gardens site or at gardens when we arrive.
